Q: How are ACE Equestrian belts sized?
A: Sizing is OSFM (one size fits most) and feature a slide piece for adjustment, so that belts can be loosened and tightened as needed.
Q: What does ACE Equestrian charge for shipping?
A: Standard shipping anywhere in the Continental US is $6.99, or FREE when you spend $80+. All international orders are calculated by the carriers and rates are provided at check-out.
Q: How long does standard shipping take?
A: Typically, we can ship out within 24-48 hours of your order and shipping within the Continental US should take 3-5 business days. International orders ship out within the same timeframe, but shipping time may vary depending on where your order is headed.
Q: What is ACE Equestrian's return policy?
A: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Receipt or proof of purchase is required for both. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend tracking your shipment as we cannot otherwise guarantee receipt. All returns in new and unused condition will be refunded fully, however we do not refund original shipping charges.
There are many risks associated with products that have been worn by horses, dogs (and animals in general), and/or exposed to dust, dirt, allergens, etc. that are commonly present with equine and open-air facilities. To ensure the safety of our staff, animals and customers, we cannot accept or resell products that have been worn, tried on, and/or exposed to these risks.
All returned items must be new, unused, and in the same condition as when you received the item, including in its original packaging with original tags. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition (worn, dirty, without tags/packaging), your return will be not be considered returnable. By placing an order, you accept that our evaluation and decision as to the condition of any and all returns is final.

Q: I'm interested in carrying ACE Equestrian products in my store. Is this possible?

Q: How do I wash my belt?
A: We recommend hand-washing cold with a mild soap or detergent and laying flat to dry.
Q: I see some belt color combinations are sold out. Will they become available again?
A: Yes and No. Some colors are limited runs that have been discontinued, however some colors will be restocked. Keep an eye on the site if there is a particular color you're interested, or feel free to ask us in an email!
